Terms & Agreement

Growth Accelerator Program Terms

This agreement is between Market Your Architecture ("MYA") and the client enrolling in the Growth Accelerator program.

1. Program Description

The Growth Accelerator is a 3-month coaching and implementation program designed to help architecture firms enhance their marketing strategies and client acquisition processes.

2. Payment Terms

The program investment is $1,200 USD per month for a minimum of 3 months. The first payment is due upon enrollment, with subsequent payments processed automatically on the same day of each month for the following two months.

3. Cancellation Policy

Client commits to the full 3-month program. After the initial 3-month period, the membership will continue on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled with 30 days' written notice.

4. Refund Policy

MYA offers a performance guarantee. If client fully participates in the program, implements the strategies as directed, and does not see measurable improvement in their marketing metrics within 90 days, they may request a full refund.

5. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to attend scheduled sessions, complete assignments, provide necessary information, and actively participate in the implementation of marketing strategies to achieve optimal results.

6. Confidentiality

MYA will maintain confidentiality of all client information. Client agrees not to share proprietary methods, materials, or strategies provided by MYA with non-participating third parties.
